Somaé is a brand of everyday tools created by the cutlery brand FEDECA.
It is produced by Kanzawa Iron Works Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of tools and blades founded in 1895 in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, a town known for its metalware. Leveraging their blade-making technology and their philosophy of maintenance for long-term use, they deliver tools that enhance kitchens and dining tables.
