Shipping policy
1. Estimated Shipping Time
Due to the high volume of orders we are currently receiving, pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping period stated in the product name.
■ Regularly Available Items
Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the order has been confirmed.
■ Pre-order Items
Orders will be shipped according to the estimated shipping period stated on each product page.
Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.
If multiple items with different estimated shipping dates are purchased in the same order, all items will be shipped together according to the latest estimated shipping date.
If you would like the items to be shipped separately, please place separate orders.
2. Shipping Methods
We use the following shipping methods depending on the contents and destination of each order.
■ Nekoposu Mailbox Delivery
Nekoposu orders are delivered directly to the recipient’s mailbox and can therefore be received even when no one is at home.
Although this is a convenient and economical shipping method, please be aware of the following:
・The package may become wet due to weather conditions.
・The package may be stolen or lost after it has been delivered to the mailbox.
・Delivery delays may occur.
In the event of damage, loss, or another issue occurring during shipment, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and address the matter.
We cannot accept responsibility for theft or loss after the carrier has marked the package as delivered. However, we will review the delivery information and assist where reasonably possible.
If you prefer a more secure delivery method, we recommend selecting courier delivery.
■ Courier Delivery by Yamato Transport
The package will be delivered directly to the address specified by the customer and handed over in person.
This method is recommended if you prefer a more secure delivery service.
3. International Shipping
International orders are shipped by FedEx or EMS (Express Mail Service), depending on the destination country or region. The applicable shipping charge will will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times shown are estimates after shipment. Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures or local delivery conditions.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees, carrier handling fees, and other charges may apply depending on the destination country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a shipment is returned to us because import duties or other charges were not paid, the recipient was unavailable for an extended period, or the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, duties, customs clearance fees, and other actual costs incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Delivery Date and Time Requests
Nekoposu: Delivery date and time requests are not available.
Courier delivery: Please enter your preferred delivery date and time in the order notes at checkout.
International shipping: Delivery date and time requests are not available.
Please note that we may be unable to accommodate your request depending on the destination or delivery conditions.
5. Important Information
・If you live in an apartment or condominium, please be sure to enter the building name and apartment or unit number.
・As a general rule, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
・If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because the recipient was unavailable for an extended period, the customer may be required to pay the cost of reshipping the order.
・If delivery is refused without a valid reason, the customer may be charged the actual costs incurred, including the original and return shipping costs.
